CONDITION OF ITEMS

Please note that vintage items are not new, but have a history that makes them so special. That is why some of them may show signs of wear. We always indicate the condition of the items in the descriptions. There are only original pieces in our store. We choose things very carefully and sell only the ones, we would like to wear ourselves. You can always contact us if  You need more pictures or extra information about size, color, condition, etc.

SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver worldwide from Bern, Switzerland, or Istanbul, Turkey.

In most cases, orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day or the next business day.

Orders confirmed on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays will be processed the following business day.

International from Turkey, Istanbul - PTT Post

International  from Switzerland, Bern - Swiss Post

By Switzerland – Swiss Post

By Turkey – PTT Post

TERMS OF DELIVERY

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. International delivery times vary Europe is generally 5-10 working days and the rest of the world within 1-3 weeks, (subject to customs & duty procedures beyond our control).

SHIPPING COST

We offer free standard shipping worldwide.

If it's important for you to receive the parcel in the shortest possible time, please contact us to calculate express delivery.

DAMAGED PACKAGE

If you receive your package and it is damaged or opened, Please take a photo before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim to the carrier used to ship your order. 

We are not responsible for orders once they sent. We provide tracking numbers for all orders, any delivery issues (including but not limited to stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages) should be addressed to the shipping service used for that order.

TAXES & FEES

Please, note that The Scarlet Flower Vintage store is not responsible for any customs duties or fees assessed to your order. All fees are the responsibility of the customer. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase so we encourage you to ask any questions You might have before purchase. All the items are only in one copy and pretty rare, so We are not providing refunds or exchanges.
